About the role


As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients have a positive and rewarding experience with our agency.


Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Proactively manage client communications, expectations, and issues throughout their engagement to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Manage the quality of deliverables for clients, ensuring they meet the brief and client expectations.
  • Review and monitor the performance of business solutions to ensure they meet agency standards and function effectively and efficiently.
  • Identify and proactively solve issues that arise on services for clients, working with Digital Producers to resolve issues and manage client expectations and concerns.
  • Set and manage client budgets, overseeing the performance of client work in accordance with time and budget commitments.
  • Prepare reports for clients and work with them to understand the performance of the services provided.
  • Collaborate with Strategists and Digital Producers to maximize the effectiveness of business solutions for clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and additional solutions.
  • Work with sales team members to identify opportunities for growing clients and support the Strategists in securing client renewals.
  • Actively contribute to the development of new operational processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services for clients.

Position prerequisites:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field
  • 12 years of experience in a clientfacing role, preferably in a digital agency or SaaS solution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
