This is an opportunity to work as part of a team and manage a portfolio of Knockdown Rebuild customers to deliver the dream of home ownership.


You will provide an awesome customer journey by coordinating all required elements of the preconstruction workflow from sales acceptance through to construction whilst meeting expected timelines.


Responsibilities include:

  • Excellent customer service in the preconstruction of customers' homes
  • Ensure contracts are delivered in designated timelines
  • Support the coordination of jobs from sales acceptance to construction
  • Communicate with key stakeholders
  • Proactively progress jobs through the preconstruction process

What can you bring?:


You will have passion and enthusiasm about working in the building industry with a strong understanding and proven ability in Building Administration.
