- Proving excellent customer support to Trim
- Providing analysis skills and advice.
- Providing customization and support to the Trim product.
- Confident in conducting training sessions in various forums, e.g.: one-on-one, face-to-face, classroom-style
- Experience in using case logging systems and responding to support calls
- System troubleshooting skills with significant experience in HPE Content Manager however, Windows-based computers would also be very advantageous
- Eager to engage and work with the team, ask questions, and contribute to configuration, training, and engagement work
- Process-driven individual, e.g.: able to work through a process and continue to apply this to future work, particularly when dealing with support calls
- Handling work consistently when dealing with support calls, training, and engagement
- Ability to work autonomously and work well with team members to achieve/complete a common goal
- High attention to detail.

Our client provides services to individuals through their business operations in Victoria relating to education services. Within this role, our client is seeking an individual with knowledge of content management systems (TRIM) to join their team.
