The Opportunity


Reporting to the Growth Manager - Out of Hospital Marketing, the Out of Hospital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing strategies which drive growth for our out-of-hospital business units in Australia.


There will be a specific focus on ensuring increased Ramsay Psychology presentations and higher activity for our pharmacies, hospital in the home service, allied health clinics and day surgeries.


This role will be focused on growth opportunities, ensuring marketing activities are aligned with the Ramsay brand and strategic aims of the organisation.


Key Accountabilities

  • Assist the Growth Manager
  • Out of Hospital Marketing to develop marketing materials and implement marketing campaigns to promote our communitybased health services across the country.
  • Analyse data to inform future strategies and capitalise on opportunities to grow our business and market share.
  • Collaborate with other team members from the marketing, brand, communications and doctor engagement functions to leverage their skillsets as required and ensure strategic alignment.

To be successful in this role you will be a dynamic, self-driven individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications or related discipline
  • Proven experience executing marketing strategies within complex environments
  • Experience in creating content for a range of marketing channels within a limited budget
  • Demonstrated business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently, under tight deadlines
  • Strong people management and resourcing skills

Remuneration
Remuneration will be based on demonstrated experience and skill level.
