ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE WITH FLEX & BELONGING

THE NITTY GRITTY
This is a full-time, contractor role which is key to our growth in 2023 and beyond.
Hours are flexible over the course of a 5-day week (Monday-Friday), however should mostly align with our business hours of 9am-5pm.
You will need to be available 5 days a week and respond to our clients within 4 hours. Looking at a quick start after Easter with training provided in our awesome workflow system (Accelo).Initial 3-month contract with potential option to extend to 6 or 12 months and way beyond (if we dig each other).
You will need your own ABN, laptop and mobile phone.Proven experience in an account management or project management role essential, in a creative industry, is preferred.
YOU'RE SOMEONE WHO LOVES TO
- Drive organic growth and providing strategic and transactional solutions for key clients through building trusted relationships
- Manage diverse creative projects from bespoke branding to websites and videos alongside industryleading technical and creative experts
- Attend client meetings (sometimes lead them if it is a WIP meeting)
- Keep everyone on track (this is a big part of the role) taking and writing creative briefs, organising supplier quotes, resourcing and scheduling tasks for all projects with the right skilled collaborators, being a conduit between client and creative teams, checking changes, invoicing and administration duties.
- Being responsible for the profitability of all your projects
- Attending daily huddles on Zoom to connect with teammates and share our focus areas and what support you need
