WHAT ARE YOU GETTING YOURSELF INTO?
***Here is a little of what your day to day will look like:

Book flights, accommodation and vehicles; liaising with clients, site personnel and crews as required
Maintaining rosters
Completion of required site paperwork and coordination of site inductions, medicals and certificates
Update and maintain staff records
Conduct review, amend and seek approval of staff timesheets
General office administration such as answering phones and office maintenance
Operational duties as requested by the leadership team

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
***We are looking for someone who can show initiative, and is a team player. You are the kind of person who is happy to chip in when someone needs help.

We are also looking for:

Experience in an administration position, ideally working with rosters or mobilisation
Great followup and attention to detail you can't have people going to site without making sure all the boxes have been ticked
Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.
Exceptional communication skills
