About your new role:

You will lead and enhance embedded practice across our services
Oversee all operational policies and procedures
Design and create systems and processes using tactical use of physical and technical methodologies
Work with our teams to educate, support and extend knowledge
Supervise and lead training opportunities aligned to the core outcomes of the quality function

Experience and Qualifications:

Previous experience in the childcare industry is required
Strong knowledge of industry process and Regulations
Strong knowledge of the National law & Regulation
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard
Strong understanding and knowledge of TheirCare's internal policies and procedures
Has a positive attitude and approach
