Customer Service Officer - Admin

Ongoing and Temporary (up to 12 months) roles

Full-time 35 hours per week

Location - Goulburn Middle Office

SNSW Grade 2/3

About the role


You will be responsible to deliver transactional services that provide timely, accurate and efficient information and assistance to NSW customers, ensuring high levels of customer service delivery and the provision of a quality customer experience which is easy, convenient and as secure as possible.


Key Accountabilities

  • Written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform work as required in line with capabilities to contribute to the success of Service NSW objectives
  • Comply with privacy requirements and legislative obligations ensuring confidentiality, privacy and integrity of information is not compromised
  • Operate the telephony and other communication systems alongside agencyspecific technology systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions, maintaining a professional and friendly manner and ensuring customer satisfaction as a priority
  • Provide timely, high quality customer service to customers consistent with Service NSW vision, mission and values, as assessed by internal reviews and customer feedback.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through new ideas and identify improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency of work processes

A talent pool will be created for future ongoing and temporary roles and is valid for a period of up to 18 months.

Your remuneration
Salary SNSW Grade 2/3 with the base salary for this role starting at $56,102 base plus superannuation
