Our Care and Clinical Systems and Reporting team plays a crucial role in managing and supporting Uniting's Clinical, Risk, and Compliance systems, ensuring the highest standards of service and accountability.


Role Overview:

As the Incident, Clinical and Risk Reporting Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Care and Clinical Systems and Reporting team.

Your primary responsibilities include validating routine monthly reporting for accuracy, providing insightful analysis to stakeholders, supporting governance with board and committee reports, and responding to ad-hoc requests.

Your role is essential in maintaining the quality of Clinical, Risk, and Compliance data, enabling accurate assessments of Uniting's service programs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Validate routine monthly reporting to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide initial analysis and commentary on Routine Reports, identifying trends and suggesting priority actions.
  • Support governance by creating, compiling, and validating board and committee reports within specified timelines.
  • Respond to and provide information for adhoc requests promptly.
  • Attend leadership forums to discuss monthly report results and highlight actions or areas of concern.
  • Monitor and escalate Serious Incidents and complaints, liaising with operations for further detail or data cleansing.
  • Provide support for new and routine reports, including troubleshooting, analysis, and building reporting capacity.
  • Collaborate with the IT service desk to manage escalated system issues, identifying root causes and contributing to remediation activities.
  • Document and analyse initial requirements for system and data support.
  • Support the implementation of improvement activities, including system testing, UAT, issue analysis, and resolution suggestions.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree or postgraduate qualification in a related field.
  • 3 or more years' experience in numerical, business, or technical analyst roles.
  • Experience in reporting and/or analysis activities to inform a customer base.
  • Disciplined, resilient, organised, systematic, thorough, and accurate with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and SharePoint, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders of all backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and take initiative.

Even Better:


  • Degree or relevant experience in Business, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
  • Exposure to UAT activities within a system environment.
  • Project Management experience.
