Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Account Executive to support the
Client Service Team to deliver meaningful and purpose-driven integrated creative campaigns.

In this role you will support the work of the Client Service team, working to coordinate and support project outcomes.

You'll need an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, a curious mind, the ability to use your initiative, and a passion for inclusive communications.

The Client Service team is a critical business unit of the Think HQ Group. This team galvanises the business' multi-disciplined teams to deliver excellent work for integrated creative and advertising-led projects.

The team drives insight-led, creative and advertising campaigns and supports below-the-line integration by collaborating with other agency departments, including but not limited to strategy and research, PR, CultureVerse (our multicultural strategic arm), creative, production and technology (digital).

This team is the face of the business, representing the Think HQ Group to our clients, delivering excellent work and growing accounts.

Responsibilities:


Some of the things you'll be doing in this role include:

  • Account management support and administration of integrated communications campaigns
  • Budget development and ensuring client budgets stay on track
  • Management of timelines and project deliverables
  • Capturing meeting minutes and WIP management
  • Working with team members to implement communications campaigns, including dispatching materials to clients and media agencies
  • Proofreading and quality control of all creative assets, briefs and communications
  • Ensuring all client objectives are met to timelines, within budget/scope
  • Supporting Senior Account Managers and Account Directors on projects, to maintain positive client relationships
  • Ensuring work delivered is of a high standard and to the client's satisfaction
  • Maintaining excellent internal communications and progress updates with team members

About you:


  • An undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in advertising, media and communications, marketing and/or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • You are a wellpresented, selfmotivated individual who is bright and enthusiastic with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • You're curious and have a keen willingness to learn new things
