About the role:


Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Are you skilled at problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Full time Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team based at Murrarie.


Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products & services.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and general inquiries.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist with ordering supplies, and tracking equipment.
  • Prepare reports and other business documents as needed.

Qualification & Experience:


  • Enthusiastic attitude and excellent work ethic. Someone that likes to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Previous Level 1 Help Desk experience (preferred)
  • Customer focused with a genuine desire to provide timely and efficient service
  • Excellent written communication skills coupled with good typing skills
  • Quick learner who can pick up tasks easily and has a flexible problemsolving mindset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Interest in Information Technology
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

How to apply?

Salary:
$55,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Help desk: 1 year (preferred)

  • Australia (required)
