The Role


Would suit to an Assistant Property Manager who wants to step up into a Property Manager role to manage a clean portfolio of 160 properties based out in the City of Banyule.

You will get support from 2 staffs to coordinate with maintenance, repairs, leases, and administration.


Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Condition reports
  • Entry & Final Inspections
  • Maintenance
  • General property management
  • Leasing and client relationship management
  • Setting processes and procedures
  • VCAT preparation & attendance

About You

  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Current Driver's License with a well maintained vehicle
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience managing their own portfolio
  • Knowledge in PropertyTree would be an advantage but not essential
  • Mature, responsible, and reliable team player
  • Professional and immaculate presentation
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer, analytical, organizational, and task management skills
