THE ROLE


The Reception Services Officer is a critical position within the office because it gives the first impression of the organisation.

It fulfils a crucial role in assisting clients, the general public and other service providers with the purpose of their contact and ensuring they are provided with accurate, up to date information or referred to the right person/agency.

Additional administrative duties as may be accommodated alongside the reception functions and workload.
