Description

Our client is a well known and respected brand globally looking for a Technical Support Specialist whose main function will be ensure that all Samsung customers are entitled for services including Warranty, Service, Logistics and Technical Support.

Escalated as required and follow approved ITIL & Incident Management Policy and resolved entitled for services including warranty.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Customer First Help Desk and After-Sales Service support to our customers as required
  • Ensure that all SLA's are adhered to a met
  • Perform warranty Service Order bookings for inwarranty Enterprise Products.
  • Perform warranty and maintain Monitor Set Swap Process.
  • Perform and Maintain SSD warranty Service process
  • Record and document technical service issue thoroughly and accurately
  • Data entry of channel and end Enterprise customer details in to B2B systems by location, product/device/serial number and service level

About You:

  • IT Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2 years of experience in Enterprise IT industry and after sales environment or experience in similar role
  • IT and Service Industry knowledge
  • Audio Visual knowledge
  • PC Literate
  • Strong communication skills
  • A driven individual with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Leadership qualities
