The opportunity
The primary purpose of the Team Manager is to manage and lead a team of phone-based consultants in the implementation, delivery and support of the growth and retention strategy.
How you will make an impact
- Lead a team of consultants with a variety of roles, supporting growth and retention of customers
- Identify and fulfil the coaching, skills, experience and capability needs of consultants
- Ensure all team members work in a compliant manner in line with internal guidelines and obligations, and external regulatory requirements
- Monitor and deliver on agreed targets by providing leadership to drive an effective, efficient, collaborative and customer centric culture
- Manage cost centre within budget
- Improve and build upon customer offers via key stakeholder relationships
- Work as an SME on projects and tactical improvement initiatives as required
- Provide detailed performance reporting and customer insights to key stakeholders
What you will bring to the role
- Financial services industry experience
- Experience in managing a team.
- RG146 (mandatory)
- Completed tertiary qualifications (Legal or Business disciplines preferred).
