Up to AU$28 per hour + +30% shift loading (36.40p.h) + super
Manufacturing & Operations
Shift: Permanent Night Shift, 5PM5AM.
36hour week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 12hour shift

- $70k - $28p/h + night shift loading (30%) + super

My Client, a leading manufacturer of plastic products within Australia are seeking self-motivated machinery operator for Plastics Extrusion Machinery.

We require people that would like to work in a fast-paced environment, are willing to learn, and would like to join our growing company.

Full training for our industry specific machinery will be provided to successful applicants.

Attributes sought include:

Selfmotivated person
Good Mechanical capability proven
Fast learning skills and be able to work both in a team and independently.
The ability to solve production and quality problems.
Willing to work shift work as required.

The role
This is a full time, permanent position on Night shift, working in a team of 3.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the daytoday efficient production of plastic products
Operate plastic extrusion machinery
Problem solving skills in processing and an automated equipment environment.
Promote and adhere to Quality, OHS, and HACCP guidelines.

Experience:

Process Engineering &/or Trade experience or qualification desirable.
Hands on with an enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Work autonomously and be a selfstarter to be a part of an engaged team.
Forklift licence is an advantage.
