The Opportunity

As the HR Manager for the AGUA business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's human capital landscape.

You will lead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to drive organizational success.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership: Consult with the business to align HR solutions with business needs, drive HR plans to achieve business outcomes, and execute HR programs in line with business priorities
Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure risk mitigation, business continuity, and compliance while advising on employment conditions, policies, procedures, and legislation affecting employment.- Relationship Management and

Project Support:

Develop strong relationships with Project Director and Senior Managers, assist with grievance and performance management, and oversee project forecasts and management plans.- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, develop and update HR policies and procedures, and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
Required Skills and Competencies

Experience in a senior leadership role within the HR/IR environment, ideally in a similar industry.- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field- Highly proficient with employment law, regulations, and best practices in HR- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
