Chapter Lead, Agility Practice

As an Agility - Chapter Lead
, you will play an integral part in designing and contributing to agility transformation driving exceptional outcomes for our customers and our people.

You will be pivotal in upholding a standard of excellence across the coaching capability.

You will be an agile leader of best practice across the Group.

You will be responsible for managing a team of Agile Coaches and building capability and development of your direct and indirect teams.

You will support and enable teams and their leaders to develop and implement agile practices and values; and help instil a culture of continuous improvement and learning.


As a Chapter Lead you will be responsible for owning the leadership and nurturing the development of Coaches and their career progression.


You are good at:


  • Championing the drive for quality customer outcomes and Group results.
  • Delivering Group agility and contributing to the Group Agility Practice to enhance agile maturity.
  • Expert facilitating skills and adapting in the moment; thriving in ambiguity.
  • Building rapport and relationships across all levels of organisation and delivering with confidence.
  • Inspiring a growth mindset and enabling teams to deliver through strong people leadership and development.
  • Building trust and have the ability to empower people and influence the outcome.
  • Leading a metrics driven approach to governance, escalation and reporting.
  • Establishing a trusted relationship with your team members and developing your people through focused mentoring and coaching.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Direct experience coaching and facilitation at a senior to executive level (Financial Services experience desirable).
  • Possess fundamental coaching accreditations (e.g. IC-ENT Enterprise agile) along with certifications relating to agile and product principles such as
  • Influenced leadership as a trusted ally of the coaching community aligning with the needs of the Group and leadership objectives.
  • Experience in working on transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience in coaching at scale and transforming individuals and large teams across the Group.
  • Ability to facilitate the creation of Objective Key Results (OKRs) with senior stakeholders and ensure they are communicated via backlog priorities.
  • Enabled performance and continuous improvement of teams through support in realisation of KPIs and ultimately OKRs ensuring accurate reporting and governance activities.
  • Experience, skills and passion for attracting, developing and retaining talent to future proof the coaching community.
  • Experience in balancing operational rigour, governance and adaptability within an agile organisation and ensure all processes are compliant with regulations and practices.
  • Experience in leading and monitoring all levels of coaches, ensuring the minimum standard of coaching acumen is consistently being achieved for effective trust of the coaching capability across the organisation.
