About the role
The position is responsible for supporting CYF and NISS service growth, through coordinating and writing successful tenders.


Experience with and knowledge of immigration support services (NISS) will be highly regarded**.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with CYF, NISS and Corporate Support teams to understand services, value propositions and strategic messaging
  • Support internal stakeholders to describe and formulate new programs
  • Coordinate the endtoend process of producing bespoke tender and bid responses, including RFTs, EOIs and business cases
  • Work with graphic designers and other parties to develop content
  • Meet deadlines and quality expectations in document preparation and bid submissions
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the organisation for contributions and approvals
  • Support the team to achieve the business plan outcomes and other organisational programs and initiatives whilst demonstrating LWB's values

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary level qualifications in relevant discipline
  • Experience in project coordination and tender writing, ideally within the child, youth and families sectors
  • Significant experience in communicating with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation to extract the required information
  • Demonstrated experience in developing high quality and successful tenders
  • Demonstrated experience in proofreading and editing, with great attention to detail and grammar
  • Excellent applied and critical writing and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically, with an analytic and creative approach to problem solving
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory environment for areas of business responsibility
  • Ability to work flexibly, under pressure and to multiple tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal communication skills
