As a Marketing Science Partner at Mutinex you're ensuring that our customers get the most value from our GrowthOS marketing investment analytics platform.


  • As an expert in marketing effectiveness and marketing analytics you'll help diverse customer and agency stakeholder communities best use the GrowthOS platform, and most importantly, help them make fast informed marketing investment decisions and predictions.
  • Mutinex is an Australia MarTech Startup that tripled revenue and raised over $12m in investment in 2023 alone. Our Product (GrowthOS) empowers marketers by helping them to understand the value of their past decisions, and the impact of future marketing spend.
  • We have a hybrid way of working with a few days a week in the office, with offices in Melbourne and Sydney.
The role

  • Your day to day here will look like this:
  • Help customers understand our _GrowthOS _platform from onboarding and beyond
  • Evolve the platform adoption process through onetoone engagement via training, educational materials and automation
  • Work handinglove with Customer Growth Specialists (Account Managers) to provide value to customers
  • Develop and deliver sector and market analysis and thought leadership using the power of GrowthOS data and insight
  • Work with the Customer Data Science team to solve more complex customer problems
  • Conduct and lead platform learning and support, whilst improving these processes through automation
  • Support product development and innovation
  • Take accountability for customer satisfaction and lifetime value, in partnership with Growth Specialists
  • Create feedback loops and formulate requirements for our internal product, data & tech teams with the opportunity to develop industry first products
  • Have autonomy to deliver on KPIs and OKRs
  • Participate in career and professional development opportunities and training
What we are looking for

  • You're ambitious and driven, but team oriented. You've worked in Marketing/Media Effectiveness, analytics or measurement and you'll have experience with Marketing Mix Models (MMM) either in tech, consulting, publishing, agency or inhouse.
  • You're interested in how technology can help businesses grow sustainably, and equally how technology can improve the way we work.
  • If you can speak to Marketing Science theories & understand Performance Marketing & Brand building best practices and have around 46 years experience in this space, you could be a great fit for this role.
About Mutinex


We might be an early stage startup but we already have strong product market fit, household name clients (Samsung, Mars, CUB and ING to name a few) and millions in revenue.

Being early stage means we're also still pretty scrappy and you wouldn't be coming into a well oiled machine, yet.

But you would get a lot of opportunity to design, build and oil the machine until it's super oily.
We aren't aiming to be another Tech Unicorn because Unicorns aren't real.

We are aiming (and confident of being) more like a real and really big animal that lives for a long time, like a Bowhead Whale.

Mutinex is a startup B2B SaaS platform that provides in-depth data analytics for marketers to better understand their ROI and make better decisions with future spend.


Founded in Australia, we've hit millions in ARR & have seed funding ($5 million in May 2023 & $9.5 million in October 2023 backed by EVP) that we'll use for growing our team to continue to improve our product, bring in new customers and enable them to make better and more informed decisions.

We have a hybrid work environment with teams in Sydney, Melbourne and expanding into the US.

With a team of around 50 people we value high quality communication, strong opinions that are held loosely and people who can give and take feedback well.

Equity (ESOP) is offered to all staff on top of their salary and we also offer additional annual leave after 1 year of tenure (from 20 to 25 days a year) that continues to grow another day each year of service until you max out at 30 days per year.
