The Company:
Manufactures and markets a wide variety of consumer products within the coffee industry.
The Role:
- Provide information to clients about solutions.
- Ensures accurate and prompt order processing and complaint handling.
- Support internal customers: Finance, Account Managers and Technicians.
- Maintain records of client interactions, transactions, comments, complaints.
- Listen and respond to clients' needs.
- Create and maintain client accounts including master data and pricing.
- Ensures accurate and complete order lifecycle from entry to invoicing.
- Ensures customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Coordinate client returns and credit notes
The Person:
- Customer orientated, approachable and strong English communicator.
- Enthusiastic and team player.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer support team.
- Microsoft Office
- Intermediate / Advanced & SAP desirable
