The Company:

Manufactures and markets a wide variety of consumer products within the coffee industry.


The Role:


  • Provide information to clients about solutions.
  • Ensures accurate and prompt order processing and complaint handling.
  • Support internal customers: Finance, Account Managers and Technicians.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, transactions, comments, complaints.
  • Listen and respond to clients' needs.
  • Create and maintain client accounts including master data and pricing.
  • Ensures accurate and complete order lifecycle from entry to invoicing.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Coordinate client returns and credit notes

The Person:


  • Customer orientated, approachable and strong English communicator.
  • Enthusiastic and team player.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer support team.


  • Microsoft Office

  • Intermediate / Advanced & SAP desirable
