Position


Due to strong performance of the business in Australia, we're now looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join the Melbourne team.


The role has the below responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Service Manager to deliver seamless service to customers
  • Coordinator technicians on planned and emergency jobs
  • Prepare Service Agreements and Repair quotations from information provided
  • Process, prepare, and monitor work jobs
  • Utilize systems to effectively manage and control work in progress
  • Create work orders and parts requirements
  • Raise purchase orders, invoices, and claims
  • Scheduling of services
This role will be based in the Hallam office, working Monday to Friday. This role will mainly be branch based, so will not offer WFH initially.
