Do you have the track record to land this fantastic role?

AND YOU ARE ?
Along with experience
as a Care Manager in residential aged care, you:

Are familiar with healthcare and or aged care standards, particularly around clinical practice

-
Have experience educating and developing an eager team of RNs and Carers:

Hold AHPRA RN Registration

-
Enjoy working with residents and understand what contemporary clinical care practice looks like:

Have strong interpersonal skills
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Reporting to the
General Manager, your responsibilities include:

Strengthening and improving performance of the clinical team:

Making sure standards are met and things done the right way
-
Identifying and fixing clinical gaps:

Constantly
advocating for the best possible care:

Building happy, robust relationships with residents, families, staff and the community
