    The RoleOur client is seeking an experienced legal professional with over 4 years post-admission experience to join their Brisbane Disputes and Insolvency team on a permanent, full-time basis.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage a diverse portfolio of dispute resolution and insolvency matters, overseeing the entire process from inception to resolution.
    Provide expert legal advice and support to both private and public sector clients on various commercial and insolvency-related issues.
    Collaborate closely with clients, partners, and team members to develop and implement effective strategies for resolving disputes.
    Mentor and assist in the development of junior team members.

    About youThe ideal candidate should possess:
    A minimum of 4 years post-admission experience.
    Prior involvement in disputes and insolvency litigation is preferred.
    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
    Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to technical excellence.
    Advanced problem-solving capabilities and the capacity to quickly grasp new tasks.
    Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
    Willingness and capability to develop personal networks and actively engage in marketing and business development activities.
