Anglo American Steelmaking Coal**Steelmaking coal is an essential ingredient in blastfurnace steel manufacture, producing steel used for critical building and infrastructure around the world. In Australia, we operate five steelmaking coal mines in Queensland's Bowen Basin, and have additional joint venture interests in steelmaking coal and manganese, as well as copper exploration projects underway in North West Queensland and Western Australia.

Job Description:

This role is based in Brisbane Corporate Office on a permanent basis to join a tier 1 global mining company within the Global Shared Services department.

This role will see you accountable for:

Understand the functionality of SAP and conduct User Acceptance Testing
Analyse reports and extract data from SAP for daily/weekly/monthly reporting to identity bottlenecks and opportunities for improvements.
Support AP team with questions and be the point of contact for escalations
Perform all UAT processes for VIM (and other peripheral) System upgrades and process improvements.
Provide support as, and when, banking system testing is required (end to end ITP processes)
Write BRD's and SOPs to support VIM processes or update SOPs to reflect changes that are successfully implemented.
Review invoices, credit & debit notes exceptions according to the agreed business processes and policies whilst maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
Support AP team with preparation and transmission of weekly, and monthly EFT payment runs as required.
Ensure efficient and prompt attendance to requisitioners queries.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated specialist knowledge of VIM (SAP Product)
Proven SAP experience
Mining industry experience including purchasing/warehouse understanding advantageous.
Understanding of Supplier Reconciliation activities.
Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask.
Exceptional customer service.
