Full Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and manage development and production timelines.
  • Manage critical path creation and control.
  • Conduct product maintenance within AP2
  • Raise and issue POs in line with timelines and fully maintained in AP2
  • Liaise with factories regarding all stages of development and production.
  • Source new suppliers.
  • Prioritise production planning with factories to ensure ontime delivery.
  • Manage bulk fabric, trims, and sample approvals.
  • Negotiate pricing with suppliers to ensure business margin targets are met.
  • Conduct fit sessions and communicate all comments to the factories.
  • Manage freight forwarders and approvals of shipments.
  • Maintain shipment schedules with in AP2
  • Maintain delivery schedules for DC and planning.
  • Ensure QC management.
  • Approve bulk production.
  • Conduct weekly communication to key stakeholders.

About You:


  • You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Production Manager.
  • You will attain fundamental knowledge of AP2
  • You will have strong organisational, negotiation, and management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • You will have strong technical understanding of garment construction.
  • You will have excellent computer skills, specifically using Microsoft Excel.
