About the Role

As the Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for providing the General Manager and Leadership Team with guidance in developing and implementing long-term and short-term tactics to increase the hotel's overall revenues and to maximize profit.

You will use your analytical skills, excellent knowledge of the 5 star hotel market in Western Australia and strategic orientation to ensure that the hotel achieves its targets.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly room occupancy and average rate forecast through the use of business intelligence and revenue management systems
Provide tactical consultation on effective revenue generating processing through inventory usage, rate control management, pricing and distribution
Ensure the inventory distribution through all channels is in line with Hyatt's distribution strategy
Ensure daily pricing strategies are optimized and to review / assist in the redesign of the pricing strategies if necessary
Work closely with the Front Office Management team to ensure that daily inventory is managed and identify any opportunities to drive incremental revenue
Assist the General Manager, Director of Finance and Director of Sales and Marketing and the department to maximize revenue and yield business

Qualifications:

Qualification:

University qualifications in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, Commerce or other related qualifications
Previous experience in or aligned to Analyst role
Strong organisational and analytical skills with strategic orientation as well as good problem solving
Administrative and interpersonal skills are essential
Advanced written and verbal presentation skills
