We are seeking an early careers
Integrated Scheduler / Project Scheduler to join our Business Operations team, primarily focused on development of program level schedules across Boeing Australia and its partners.


About the Role:


In this role you will learn the tools and processes of project scheduling by working with the best and brightest project managers in the organization to help them build, maintain, track, and manage their project schedules.


Your job will be to work with people across the organisation in different functions and disciplines including Engineering, Manufacturing, Tooling, Facilities, Finance, etc.

You will proactively seek information from stakeholders.

You will understand what each task in each schedule means and will understand the business implications if a task fails or becomes late.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop program and/or project level schedules for both production and nonproduction processes
  • Develop strategies and recommendations improving utilisation of resources such as personnel, material, and utilities
  • Provide schedule status, report performance variances and provide recommendations for risk, issues and opportunities
  • Model the behaviours that support adherence to Boeing Corporate Values
  • Adhere to customer, regulatory and BAA procedural requirements to ensure the conformity of our products and processes

Key Requirements (Experience / Qualifications):


  • Experience and / or knowledge of project management software (Open Plan Professional, MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
  • Strong computer skills, in particular MS Excel
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to build rapport across all levels of the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment, manage multiple tasks and prioritise
  • Bachelor of Engineering or related Business discipline is desirable
  • Knowledge of project/program management is an advantage
  • Any prior experience or exposure to scheduling is an advantage
