Description
We are currently seeking a friendly and personable Administration Assistant to join our office team.

The successful applicant will be someone who is eager to deliver exceptional customer service with the ability to grow and adapt to take on additional responsibilities as they develop within the business.

We are happy to negotiate suitable working hours for the right applicant within our opening hours (6:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday).


The successful applicant may choose to undertake a Certificate III in Business Administration under the guidance and support of management.


  • Proficient Computer skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise tasks
  • Reliable
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both staff and clientele
  • Drivers licence preferred
  • An interest in/ experience in CAD drawing &/or Social Media posts advantageous
  • Experience in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator viewed favourably

Daily responsibilities include:


  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Greeting clients that visit our showroom
  • Assisting other administration staff and providing administration support to our team of Cabinet Makers
  • Researching
  • Filing
  • Other tasks such as Social Media posts or CAD drawing depending on skills
