As the Property Manager within Biggin & Scott North, this role will see you responsible for:

In this role you will get to:

• Manage your own property portfolio from end to end.
• Work on a variety of daily tasks both in and out of the office.
• Liaise with tenants and owners to ensure positive results.
• Organising property maintenance.
• Conduct periodic, ingoing, and final inspections.
• Manage enquiries and correspondence.
• Provide other support as required to ensure professional management of the portfolio.

Salary:
$45, $60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

• Project management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
