THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Team Administration Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Services team.

This role will collaborate across the business with the aim to consistently delivering great results for clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with managers and the Accounting team to assist the client in the delivery needs of the organisation.
  • Preparation, delivery and receival of client documents and information through internal programs such as DocuSign and Adobe DC.
  • Onboarding new clients, including all required correspondence and documentation.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing client requests.
  • Update, maintain, and manage internal client data bases.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional client results.
  • Assist Professional team with billing and WIP management.
  • Preparation, lodgement and management of all ASIC obligations.
  • Coordinate team training sessions and meetings.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating internal records and databases, such as business processes.
  • Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement changes to processes, procedures and systems.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Ideally, you will have:


  • 13 years of experience working in a team assistant or similar role in a professional corporate environment.
  • High degree of competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of industry related software/programs such as BGL, Xero, ASIC and ATO portals.
  • Adobe DC and DocuSign experience/familiarity is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in an advisory firm is desirable.
