About the role:

Provide Burbank with exclusive sales services and achieve set monthly sales target
Generate and manage leads and the CRM system proactively
Assist customers to find their perfect home design
Network and build rapport with land developers, agents and alike
Manage and upkeep your allocated display homes in a professional and responsible manner
Manage the opening and closing of your allocated display homes in Box Hill

About you:

Previous experience in fastpaced sales role. Construction knowledge isn't necessary, but advantageous
Passionate about customers and servicing them in a professional manner
Be reliable and selfmotivated
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
A current drivers licence will be an advantage as you may be required to travel between display centres, developer and networking events
Uphold and demonstrate Burbank's company values
