The role:

We're looking for a Governance and Reporting Coordinator to join the team in Cooma, NSW.

This role will report to the Governance Manager and will place a key Governance enablement function with a focus on effective project coordination and administration duties.

The role will support the delivery of accurate and informative program artefacts and reports including pre read packs and meeting minutes.

The role will also track down progress on actions and next steps.


Further responsibilities include:


Support the Project Leadership, Project Excellence team and the Governance Manager within Snowy Hydro's defined project governance framework and support the implementation of effective governance administration standards.


Lead project governance administration and coordination activities, by supporting meetings with timely pre-read packs and interacting with stakeholders to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed within agreed timeframes.


Engaging with key stakeholders to gather and report on key metrics, providing insights into the data and highlighting trends to improve the overall program performance to project managers and stakeholders.

Collaborate, build, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project key drivers are well communicated and understood.


We are looking for:

Minimum 5 years of project coordination experience, with experience in a PMO setting.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and governance frameworks.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality, auditable documentation.
