Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough testing of products and ingredients before, during, and after the production process, ensuring alignment with customer specifications
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation detailing inspections and processes to ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as food safety and quality regulations
  • Ensuring the thorough verification of cleaning procedures and pest control measures to maintain a hygienic environment
  • Conducting internal audits to assess and improve quality processes within the organization
  • Investigating the root causes of issues and implementing corrective actions when necessary
  • Monitoring HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols for food safety
  • Participating in trials for new product development to maintain high standards during innovation processes

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Previous experience in a similar role (relevant qualifications preferred)
  • Proficiency in HACCP systems and procedures
  • Physically fit, without any restrictions
  • Possession of a dependable vehicle and a valid driver's licence
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fulltime availability, including weekends when necessary
**The role has a base rate of $26.98, with casual loading raising it to $33.73, paid against the process level employee 4 (EA).
