22/11/202- Our client, a leading diversified resources company, with extensive operations in Lithium, Iron Ore, Energy, and mining services across Australia are currently seeking a Mobilisation Officer to join their team
About the role

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing and coordinating the mobilisation of manning requirements for Projects using INX
  • Review of employee qualifications and ensure all premobilisation requirements are met prior to personnel Mobilising to site.
  • Manage the onboarding for any new employees, including gathering/checking tickets and guiding employees through preemployment requirements.
  • Some recruitment administration duties
  • Maintaining mobilisation trackers & reports

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous mobilisation experience in Mining or Construction essential
  • Must have a good understanding of competency & compliance.
  • Experience vetting trade certification & qualifications.
  • Previous shutdown or highvolume mobilisation experience highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
