MOBILISATION OFFICER:

About the role
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing and coordinating the mobilisation of manning requirements for Projects using INX
- Review of employee qualifications and ensure all premobilisation requirements are met prior to personnel Mobilising to site.
- Manage the onboarding for any new employees, including gathering/checking tickets and guiding employees through preemployment requirements.
- Some recruitment administration duties
- Maintaining mobilisation trackers & reports
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Previous mobilisation experience in Mining or Construction essential
- Must have a good understanding of competency & compliance.
- Experience vetting trade certification & qualifications.
- Previous shutdown or highvolume mobilisation experience highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
