- Collaborate within the People & Culture team to assist the National Manager P&C Services in enhancing operational processes and systems
- Generate workforce reports to guide stakeholder decision-making
- Provide expertise on People & Culture policies, procedures, and legal frameworks for organizational planning
- Offer guidance to leaders on staffing issues such as Dispute Resolution, Misconduct, and Termination
- Work alongside Workplace Relations Manager for expert advice on people-related matters
- Support leaders in change management processes
- Assist in continuous improvement activities with the P&C team
- Contribute to remuneration policy implementation and job classification processes
- Facilitate leadership development programs in association with the National Manager P&C Services
- Relevant HR Qualifications or equivalent experience
- Diverse HR knowledge including industrial relations, performance management, recruitment, etc.
- Proven ability in devising and implementing HR programs
- Strong relationship building and coaching skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HCM systems
- Prior experience in the community or not-for-profit sectors is a plus

About the organization:
Exciting role with a leading not-for-profit entity. You will join a team of business partners reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner. As a versatile business partner, you will manage a diverse business portfolio and nurture lasting relationships. Initial responsibilities involve handling key employee relations issues and case management.
This full-time position operates Monday to Friday. The organization supports a hybrid work model, with the team typically in the office thrice a week. Head offices are situated just north of the city.
