The Role:

Our Govt.

client is seeking an
IT Service Delivery Manager to organise and facilitate delivery cadence, maintain the team's and project's overall health, and ensure that the objectives are met.


You will enable the Agile teams to deliver high-quality services by serving their needs and leading them in the right direction.


Experience needed:


  • A strong knowledge of the Agile methodology, with the ability to efficiently set up and execute team's cadence.
  • Knowledge and appreciation of Agile principles and values, and ability to translate them into practice.
  • Experience with widely successful Agile frameworks, tools and techniques, such as:
  • Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, User Story Mapping, XP Practices etc.

  • Extensive experience as a team lead.
  • Strong facilitation, communication and mentoring skills.
  • The ability to work closely with a team from different disciplines.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and tight timeframes.
  • Strong work ethic, outcome focused attitude
  • Understanding / experience in product discovery preferable
