Blue Collar has partnered with Australia's largest inflight catering and retail partner, dnata catering (Emirates Group) in a recruitment drive.

Dnata catering are chosen by many of the world's airlines for their fresh award-winning meals, industry leading technology solutions and outstanding service.

If successful you will be joining a safety focused energetic, team oriented company, working in a fast paced environment of our high profile Aviation client in Gold Coast

In this role your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Plating food
  • Getting the food ready to be put onto the planes
  • Working in the wash department
  • Following cleaning schedules and maintaining a high standard of hygiene at all times
  • Strictly follow menu specifications as well as food safety/HACCP guidelines
  • Follow correct manual handling techniques whilst moving & lifting items

Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in commercial kitchens preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy open plan kitchen
  • Available on a 7 day roster to work morning & afternoon shifts
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Must pass Drug & Alcohol test
  • Must provide a police check

$ $36.69 per hour
