Job Description:


What you'll do:


By assisting our customers through their journey and supporting them with their needs, you are contributing to the goals of the greater Customer Service Team, driving both customer satisfaction and loyalty in a positive direction.


  • Answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem and choosing the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Allocating inspections according to inspectors availability and schedule.
  • Recording customer interactions to help improve customer experience and customer needs.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with other teams to help improve internal processes and reduce customer pain points.

Qualifications:

  • Help to build and maintain our loyal customers and members through your strong customer service skills.
  • Reliable person with strong time management.
  • Demonstrate empathy when dealing with customers.
