About the Role
As the Application Consultant you will educate, train, provide guidance and first line technical support to healthcare professionals. Your clients will include Orthopaedic Surgeons, Spinal and Neuro surgeons and engineering teams across Sydney/NSW.


Additionally you will:

  • Provide onsite guidance and assistance to customers during treatment, maximizing efficiency and usage
  • Educate/train customers on the use of products and services
  • Field customer questions/requests: Investigate and resolve issues consistent with established policies and procedures
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand problems and adequately troubleshoot issues
  • Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance
  • Deliver high level customer service
  • Read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Instruct customers and staff in proper use of the equipment

About You

  • Biomedical Engineering degree or equivalent clinical based experience
  • Full Australian drivers license and willingness to travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Developed time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of team
  • Willingness to learn and continually develop product and technical knowledge
  • Recent biomedical graduates or Theatre nurses with 13 years experience are encouraged to apply

Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent


Package:
$70-80K base + Super + 18k Car Allowance plus fuel card + Bonus and WFH allowances

Sydney


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (flexibility required based on business needs)
