Job Description:

We currently have a great opportunity for YOU to accelerate your success by joining our Corporate Services team.


Responsibilities include:


  • Personally looking after our clients employees, guests and clients daily
  • Daily interaction with business unit leaders and their teams
  • Creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors to the office including presentation of meeting rooms
  • Actioning all operational enquiries efficiently and courteously
  • Welcome and induct new guests into their workspace
  • Office coordination and other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Manage unique break out spaces and meeting points
  • Troubleshoot basic audio visual and IT concerns
  • Constantly monitor the workplace

Qualifications:


  • Previous corporate reception experience or experience working in high end service environments
  • Be highly professional with a strong focus on customer service
  • Superior phone manner and organisational skills
  • IT savvy, including a basic understanding with the desire to further develop your skills in this space
  • Strong administrations skills across the Microsoft office suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
  • A track record of going above and beyond for customers
  • Full working rights and ability to work 40 hours per week in Australia
