About you


To be considered for this role you will have completed your law degree and be admitted, or due to be admitted, in Australia.

Prior experience with leasing disputes is desirable but not a requirement.
Your strong work ethic and drive to consistently provide outstanding service in a timely manner will be highly regarded.

  • A cando attitude with a teambased approach to work
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Your role


This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or junior lawyer to join our Melbourne office, producing quality work for quality clients.

Our teams work together to provide outstanding service to our clients, in an uplifting and collegiate environment.

Your role will involve:

  • File management, including managing deadlines
  • Drafting notices and correspondence
  • Arranging mediations and liaising with the Small Business Commission
  • Client reporting
  • Drafting court documents
  • Conducting legal research and asset searches
  • Liaising with court registries
  • Preparing briefs
