Mining Services Industry- High volume billing environment
An immediate start exists for an Accounts officer with a leading mining services provider who supports some of the largest mine operators in the country.
The opportunity has been created due to an increase of work and it's anticipated this contract could extend beyond six months, potentially becoming permanent.
Daily you will be responsible for working on client purchasing systems as well as the internal systems, and Microsoft office to ensure accuracy and delivery of the billings function.
In this critical role you will work closely with two others in the Billings department, which forms part of a larger operational team.
We are looking for:
- 12 years previous accounts experience, AR preferred.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- A strong team player
- A high attention to detail (you love being organized)
- Excellent communication skills
While you will need to commit to being in the office full time initially, once you are trained in the role, WFH days are available.
The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm. The office is conveniently located close to the train station.To learn more contact Annie on
