Skilled Labour Hire Group is currently seeking experienced Electrical Fitters to join our workshop in Newcastle. In this role, you will be responsible for the strip, rebuild, and repair of mining and distribution equipment. Join our dynamic team and contribute your expertise to a thriving and rewarding work environment.

  • Relevant Trade Qualifications (AS/NZS Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments).
  • Strong knowledge of heavy mining machinery and related equipment.
  • Previous experience in stripping, measuring, inspecting, and reporting on component repairs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in rebuilding and testing machinery.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
