Your responsibilities will include:


  • Plan, administer and reviews customer services and aftersales services, and maintain sound customer relations
  • Manage customer service staff by creating staff schedules, managing workflow, handling staffing and employee issues and enforcing departmental policy and procedures
  • Ensure that all customer service representatives have uptodate information and equipment
  • Establish procedures to monitor successful procedures and programs, including planning and implementing aftersales services to follow up on client satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate staff in handling change, building trust, and partnerships to encourage and build a team environment
  • Accurately perform registration process for all new and existing clients
  • Liaising with other areas of management regarding direction and feedback for team members, and to response to customer expectations
  • Oversee and follow through on customer feedback including complaints handling
  • Ensure service levels are being met.
  • Be the voice of the customer in the organization.
  • Have an AQF Diploma qualification or higher in a relevant area and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrative initiative and proactive approach.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Pay:
$70,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (preferred)

Work Location:
In person
