About the role:
As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:

• Taking instructions and dictation from and acting as the personal assistant to the Director and Principal Migration Agent.
• Supervising junior staff members and training them when required.
• Participate in client meetings and note taking, preparing summaries and minute taking
• Building and maintaining database using professional software Migration Manager.
• Attending to phone calls, maintaining records of enquiries, feedback etc
• Maintaining appointments, using calendar in Outlook, updating etc.
• Prepare travel arrangements, researching and booking tickets, accommodation for busienss visits.

About You:

Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge and experience with LEAP Migration Manager is essential, however experience in other practice management software will be considered.
• Able to work autonomously with a professional manner at all times
• General office management and ability to work with others
• Able to communicate effectively
• Legal drafting experience

Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
