We have a rewarding career opportunity for an
Automotive Deal Processor / Licensing Clerk at Carplace in Bibra Lake.

As a Deal Processor your main focus is to maintain and process all administration for our pre-owned vehicles for the dealership.

This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers and manufacturers.

The Role:

Processing deals for all the used vehicles
Registering vehicles and licencing through Department of Transport Dealer Online
Data entry and invoicing deals
Ensure vehicles are acquired and disposed of within guidelines
Prepare vehicle paperwork and ensure ready for delivery
Various ad hoc administrative duties

You:

Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines
Excellent communications skills orally & written
Demonstrate a consistently proactive approach and pleasant demeanour.
Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible.

Previous Admin Experience in a Dealership Environment is desirable but not essential
