About Us

Established in 2006,
headspace offers a 'one stop shop' for young people aged and their families who may be experiencing mental health difficulties.

It provides an opportunity for young people to receive help early and promotes a 'no wrong door' approach to supporting young people and their families through the provision of GPs, counsellors, Alcohol & other Drug workers and Vocational and Educational support.

What you'll be doing

As the newest member of our admin team, you will provide medical reception and administration duties to our friendly multidisciplinary team.

Our office operates a Monday to Friday outpatient clinic for young people and their families requiring mental health support, so you will be their first point of contact upon arrival.

About you

You'll bring your positive 'can-do' attitude and friendly, confidential customer service style, along with your previous extensive medical reception and administration experience.

We'd also love it if you already have experience working with General Practice software (such as Zedmed), have been exposed to Medicare billing and know your way around the Microsoft Office suite.

Before you become a part of our team, you'll have to complete/provide a valid Victorian Working with Children Check, complete a background check, and have Australian working rights.
