Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Production Manager to join our team at End2End Repair Solutions.

As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the facility.

Responsible for overseeing the entire production process, this position demands a strong blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and business acumen.

The Production Manager will be instrumental in optimizing workflow, managing resources, ensuring quality repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently plan and organise the workflow within the workshop, ensuring that repair and maintenance tasks are assigned to technicians based on their skills and expertise.
Manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, tools, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize downtime. Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Maintain highquality standards by implementing quality control processes, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Oversee inventory levels for spare parts, tools, and supplies. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Ensure the workshop operates in compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines. Conduct regular safety training sessions for staff and enforce the use of safety gear and protocols.
Liaise with customers to understand their repair needs, provide accurate estimates, and communicate repair progress. Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Production Manager.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with advanced oral communication skills
Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
Multitasker with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and employees on a multitude of levels.
Possesses attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Shows initiative and enterprise skills.
Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment.
