The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) has diverse responsibilities for transport systems and services, infrastructure planning and provision within South Australia.


Duties

This role forms part of the Transport Projects Directorate and is responsible for the delivery of responsive and solution-focused administrative support services to the Director, Transport Projects.

This includes effectively liaising across the directorate and preparing/coordinating documents for the Director, Transport Projects. The role requires adaptability, autonomy and a positive attitude to succeed in the role.


The Executive Assistant will be required to frequently liaise with departmental and external stakeholders, including personal and telephone interactions with visitors, guests and wider divisional staff, necessitating a high level of professionalism.

Remuneration
ASO4 - $74,315 to $77,901 per annum
